Grow Your Career in a Global Environment as an International Real Estate Sales Professional
H2 Group has been at the forefront of innovation in the Niseko area since 2003. Over time, we have expanded our services to become a full-service consultancy, offering project management, real estate services, property management, and hospitality. We operate as a close-knit international team across our offices in Niseko and Furano, delivering exceptional service to both local and international clients.

<Job Overview>
As part of our real estate division, you will be responsible for driving new sales and new listings. Using a variety of sales tools—email, phone, websites, seminars, open houses, and more—you will generate leads and support their conversion into successful transactions.
<Key Responsibilities>
Respond to all direct leads for the real estate division within 24 hours.
Consult with buyers and sellers, educating them about the market and establishing trust.
Provide accurate, fact-based information to the market.
Negotiate with both buyers and sellers to secure deals.
Issue sales contracts and coordinate with the contract management team to finalize required information.
Facilitate prompt payments, ensuring that contract terms are met and clearly communicated to all parties.
Negotiate and manage the company’s real estate sales fees, consulting with a director if additional negotiation is required.
Maintain contact databases, ensuring all company procedures are followed to build and organize the sales database.
Upload property listings to the real estate website, maintaining high-quality photos that align with the company brand.
Prepare newsletter content and communications for marketing purposes.
Acquire knowledge of the real estate field, especially in the Hokkaido market.
Share market insights with the team.
Obtain listings of properties for sale.
Communicate with other real estate agencies.
Create listing guides.

1日の仕事の流れ
9:00 AM – Arrival & Preparation
Check emails and CRM, then prioritize urgent leads from the previous day.
9:30 AM – Team Meeting
Review progress with the sales team, discuss new listings, and set daily objectives.
10:00 AM – Client Interaction
Respond to global inquiries, schedule property viewings, and share market insights in English.
12:00 PM – Lunch Break
Enjoy local cuisine in Kutchan or Niseko while exchanging ideas with colleagues.
1:00 PM – Viewings & Marketing
Host property tours, note client feedback, and prepare materials for seminars or open houses.
3:00 PM – Contracts & Database Updates
Coordinate with the contract team to finalize deals. Update CRM entries and follow up on outstanding leads.
4:30 PM – Listing Acquisition
Contact potential sellers, explain market conditions, and work to secure new listings.
6:00 PM – Wrap-Up
Plan the next day’s tasks, handle any remaining communications, and log off.

Q: What made you decide to join H2 Group as an International Real Estate Sales Professional?
A: I worked in real estate sales before, but wanted to advance my career in a more international setting. I heard that the Niseko area is rapidly expanding, particularly among overseas investors, so I was interested. H2 Group has a diverse client base—including foreign investors—which allows me to refine my English and sales skills even further.
Q: When do you feel the greatest sense of fulfillment in your role?
A: It’s incredibly rewarding to find properties that match clients’ exact needs and then successfully close those deals. In particular, overseas clients often express relief at having someone on the ground who can guide them through the local process seamlessly.
